




*****LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO***** HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Responsibilities: * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding in the internal Human Resources system * Managing personnel files * Personnel administration: employer letters, incident tracking, medical leaves, vacation management, ST-7 form completion, drafting administrative minutes * Addressing employee inquiries * Managing allocation of computer equipment and mobile phones to HO staff; requesting system user accounts for new Contact Center employees Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. * Saturdays: 2 shifts per month, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
