This position is neither corporate nor oriented toward banking, retail, or highly transactional structures. We seek a practical, reliable profile with consistent on-site presence in operations. **Candidate Profile Sought** * Proven experience as HR Head / Manager / Coordinator. * Background in the automotive industry, manufacturing, workshops, logistics, industrial services, or operational companies. * Employment stability (consistent tenure). * Residence in Azcapotzalco, Industrial Vallejo, or nearby areas (key requirement). * Availability and openness to internal validation and control processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll administration (weekly and biweekly). * Management of IMSS, IDSE, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Control of physical and digital personnel files. * Recruitment, hiring, and training of operational and administrative staff. * Preparation of employment contracts, severance agreements, resignation letters, and labor certificates. * Direct employee support. * Attendance, vacation, and overtime tracking. * Support on occupational health and safety matters. * Follow-up on disciplinary issues and workplace climate. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related field (completed or incomplete but verifiable). * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Leader in operational/industrial environments. * Practical (not just theoretical) knowledge of labor processes. * Organization, follow-up capacity, and strong sense of responsibility. * Verifiable documentation and professional trajectory. **This position is NOT ideal for candidates from:** * Banking, retail, call centers, or highly structured corporate environments. * Profiles focused solely on HR with operational execution only. * Candidates lacking employment stability or local ties to the area. **Application Process** If you truly match this profile and are interested in an operational environment where your role has direct impact, apply through this channel. **Process Note** The selection process includes interviews and validations as part of the final evaluation.
