




Job Summary: This position ensures the administration of operational Human Resources processes, with emphasis on pre-payroll, payroll, and employee support, while controlling incidents, deductions, and internal employee services. Incident control, payroll deductions, and employee services **Job Objective** Ensure proper administration of operational Human Resources processes, with emphasis on pre-payroll, payroll, and employee support, guaranteeing control over incidents, deductions, payroll clarifications, and internal employee services. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources departments. * Experience in **pre-payroll** is mandatory. **Technical Knowledge** * Incident handling processes. * Management of payroll deductions and payment clarifications. * Federal Labor Law (basic–intermediate level). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Payroll Administration** * Compile and validate **pre-payroll** information (incidents, absences, tardiness, permissions, disabilities, etc.). * Manage and follow up on **payroll clarifications** with employees. * Administer and control **payroll-based deductions** (loans, agreements, shortages, etc.). * Prepare incident reports and personnel movement reports affecting payroll. * Coordinate the **distribution of payroll receipts** to employees. **Incident Management** * Record, monitor, and follow up on labor incidents. * Maintain communication with department heads for information validation. **Employee Events and Services** * Support the organization and logistics of **internal events** for employees. * Coordinate team-building and institutional support activities. **Administrative Control** * Administer **uniform control** (issuance, replacement, and recordkeeping). * Maintain updated employee files (as assigned). * Support general administrative HR processes.
