




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Specialist for talent attraction, recruitment, and selection, as well as support across various departmental activities. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the end-to-end talent attraction and selection process. 2. Manage recruitment platforms and administer psychometric tests. 3. Support key HR activities and staff onboarding. **Job Responsibilities:** Conduct talent attraction activities at all levels. Manage various recruitment platforms and applications to post job vacancies. Screen resumes and select candidates according to relevant job descriptions. Support the employee hiring process. (Tracking and monitoring selected candidates; requesting hiring requirements; compiling and maintaining personnel files; obtaining employment references; supporting induction training and onboarding) Administer psychometric tests and prepare reports of results. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel database records (HeadCount). Support HR department activities. (Attendance, tardiness and absenteeism tracking; dissemination of internal announcements; support for workplace climate surveys; support for team-building and workplace climate events; staff assistance, etc.) **Skills:** **Technical:** Proficiency in software and/or applications used for administering various types of psychometric tests. Familiarity with job posting platforms or applications.
