Monitor operations and availability of services/equipment at client sites. Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs. Manage incidents and guarantee their timely resolution. Prepare service reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). Monitor service performance and propose improvements. **WE OFFER:** Salary: $20,000 MXN per month, net Statutory benefits Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Mexico City.
