Collaborates with diverse teams to influence global delivery and support. **About the Role** The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst delivers technical support for business\-critical applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and seamless user experience. Serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, they translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. This is a global remote position, with occasional travel as required. This exciting and fast paced role is part of a wider Group IT function delivering new technology and business change to a global enterprise and supporting its daily operations.
