We are seeking personnel for the laundry department to carry out operational and customer service activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for the proper receipt, registration, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery of garments, as well as for using a digital system to manage service tracking and billing, ensuring order, quality, and courteous treatment of customers. Responsibilities include operating washing machines, dryers, and irons; properly handling supplies; registering services in the system; generating receipts; collecting payments; and assisting with opening and closing the establishment. Training on processes and system usage is provided, along with a stable work environment. This position is open to individuals who demonstrate responsibility, honesty, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established procedures.
