A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role** The **E\&MS Associate** plays a key role in supporting Kerry’s Global Business Services (GBS) Employee \& Management Services function by ensuring efficient, accurate, and high‑quality execution of HR processes across North America (US \& Canada). In this role, you will manage end\-to\-end Employee Lifecycle activities, provide analytical insights to enhance HR service delivery, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations**Key responsibilities** * Oversee end\-to\-end Employee Lifecycle case management (including cross\-boarding and employee data changes) for North America: US \& Canada. * Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement. * Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. * Manage and resolve escalated ServiceNow requests, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are addressed promptly, escalating further when necessary. * Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools. * Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of employee data across HR systems. * Collaborate with HR team members and cross\-functional partners to implement process improvements and support alignment across COEs and partner functions. * Maintain up\-to\-date process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support knowledge consistency. * Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning for HR operations. * Lead or support projects that drive Operational Excellence within Kerry GBS. * Promote standardized, simplified, and customer\-focused HR processes aligned with best‑in‑class service delivery standards. * Foster strong, high\-quality interactions with stakeholders across the business, ensuring a customer\-centric and efficient HR service model. **Qualifications and skills** * 2\+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field. * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychologist, or a related discipline. * Experience in a multinational and culturally diverse environment. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and other key business tools. * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite is an advantage. * **High level of English language proficiency.**
