Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in Dynamics AX to prepare financial statements, perform accounting control, review reconciliations, and conduct inventory audits. Account analysis and reconciliation Accountant with experience using Dynamics AX Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of financial statements and reports, * Accounting control and recording, * Review of reconciliations (bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable), * Management of operations (e.g., travel allowances), * Account analysis and reconciliation, * Inventory audits, * Proper recording of company transactions, * Timely issuance of financial statements, * Explanation of expense account variances. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years’ verifiable experience as an Accountant for companies. * Advanced proficiency in Dynamics AX (Axapta); a technical test will be administered. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (a degree certificate and professional license are preferred). * General accounting knowledge, * Familiarity with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs), * Up-to-date on tax compliance, * Accounting software and Excel proficiency.
