Lead the implementation of AI applied to business. **Senior Consultant / Implementation Specialist / Programmer** **Job Objective** Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of technology solutions for clients, integrating automation tools, analytics, and artificial intelligence to enhance processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making—ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and strategic business value generation. **Transform processes with intelligent solutions**. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as a strategic consultant. * Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion (upsell/cross-sell). * Train end users. * Ensure technological adoption. * Act as a senior-level consultant for Artisoft’s clients. * Analyze client functional and technical requirements. * Design automation, ECM/BPM (OnBase), and digital workflow solutions. * Configure, implement, and support enterprise solutions. * Resolve complex incidents (Level 3). * Document architecture, configurations, and best practices. * Validate quality and testing prior to releases. **Implementation of AI Applied to Business** * Identify opportunities for Artificial Intelligence usage to optimize processes. * Design use cases such as: * Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (APIs, RPA, ECM, CRM/ERP). * Translate business needs into technical AI requirements. * Evaluate market tools (Microsoft AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, etc.). * Measure AI impact on efficiency, cost savings, and ROI. * Train users on adopting intelligent solutions. **Project Management** * Coordinate activities with PM, Development, and Support teams. * Estimate timelines, effort, and risks. * Meet schedules, scope, and budget requirements. * Manage client expectations. * Participate in executive meetings and committees. **Technical Leadership** * Mentor Junior/Mid-level Consultants. * Review technical deliverables. * Define standards and methodologies. * Conduct knowledge transfer. * Support technical pre-sales and demonstrations. **Required Profile** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience** * 4–7+ years in technology consulting / software implementation. * Enterprise implementations (ECM, BPM, ERP, SaaS). * Experience working with corporate clients. * OnBase / ECM / BPM / process automation. * Basic/intermediate SQL. * API integrations. * Agile methodologies or PMI. * Implementation of AI or intelligent automation tools. * Experience with platforms such as: * Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot. * OpenAI / generative AI APIs. * OCR/IDP / RPA. * Analytics or data dashboards. * Design of operational efficiency use cases. * Evaluation of technological ROI. * Change management and digital adoption.
