




Position Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of civil and electromechanical construction works in industrial projects, guaranteeing quality and safety. Vacancy: Construction Supervisor (Civil and Electromechanical) Position Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of civil and electromechanical construction works in industrial projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities: Daily supervision of civil construction activities (foundations, slabs, pavements, structures, finishes). Supervision of electromechanical works (equipment installation, piping, steel structures, conduits, wiring, motors, pumps, HVAC). On-site coordination of work crews, contractors, and suppliers. Review of drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. Monitoring of physical progress versus construction schedule. Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports. Verification of correct use of materials, equipment, and tools. Supervision of compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards (AST, PPE, work permits). Identification and reporting of technical or scope deviations. Support during testing, commissioning, and handover of works. Coordination with site managers, engineering teams, and end clients. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a construction supervisor. Proven experience in civil and electromechanical construction. Ability to read civil, electrical, and mechanical drawings. Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project (preferred). Knowledge of industrial safety standards. Willingness to work on-site and during extended hours.
