The ideal candidate will be capable of handling everything from structured cabling to commissioning video management servers. We value committed and responsible individuals with an interest in innovation and technology, focused on continuous improvement and eager to develop and grow professionally within the company. **Responsibilities** * Installation of video surveillance cameras (analog and IP). * Configuration of DVR/NVR and remote monitoring systems. * Installation of structured cabling (UTP, coaxial). * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Support in technical site surveys and basic blueprint interpretation. * Compliance with safety standards during installations. **Requirements** * Technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating monitoring centers. * Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools (drill, punch-down tools, testers). * Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches). * Experience integrating and operating security systems from brands such as Hikvision and Axis. * Excellent communication skills—both internally and with clients—as well as organizational ability and decision-making capacity. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. * Minimum age: 25 years old. **Mandatory:** Must reside within a maximum 1.5-hour commute from Jardines del Pedregal. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary: $14,000 monthly for a permanent position, subject to a 3-month probationary period.** * Guaranteed career advancement. * Statutory benefits from date of hire. * Comfortable and ergonomic workspaces. * Culture of continuous improvement. **Additional Benefits** * Free parking. * Punctuality bonus. * On-site cafeteria service. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Availability to work weekends if operational needs require. **Work Location and Interviews:** **Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón Borough, CDMX.** Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
