Project management and tracking of complex integrations **Description:** ---------------- **Join our team and transform the future of digital banking with us!** At Kapital, we are looking for a **Business Analyst** who will act as the key liaison between business and technology, ensuring our products are implemented efficiently and aligned with the brand’s vision. **Position Objective:** Translate business requirements into technical and operational specifications, ensuring system implementations meet strategic objectives and product needs. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical bridge between business and technology, ensuring the payment solution supports product requirements. * Collaborate with operations to optimize internal processes, assess technical feasibility, and ensure card functionality. * Manage product integration with processors and embossers. * Ensure stability and proper functioning of products across all transaction processes. * Safeguard the technical and operational integrity of the card (issuance and activation). * Align the technical development roadmap with each product’s objectives. * Promote efficiency and continuous improvement of processes related to the processor. **What You’ll Do:** * Document business requirements and translate them into specifications for Systems. * Actively participate in project implementation and development. * Monitor processor maintenance windows and updates. * Monitor and improve product integration with the processor, chamber, brand, and embosser. * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, as well as those of authorities and brands. * Support and track product incidents involving the processor, brand, and embosser. * Serve as the direct liaison with vendors and product managers. * **Requirements:** --------------- **What We’re Looking for in You:** * +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. * **Mandatory** experience in banking or fintech. * Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. * Skills in project management and tracking complex integrations. * Focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of payment processes, cards, and banking KPIs. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Position Details:** * Work Location: Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. * Work Modality: On-site.
