As a **Billing Analyst**, your primary objective will be to **manage, validate, and control the issuance, cancellation, and tracking of tax documents**, including invoices and credit notes. You will ensure compliance with current legal and tax regulations and provide efficient support to related departments to facilitate payment, collection, and reconciliation processes. Your **responsibilities** will include: * **Billing Support:** * Issuing advance invoices and ensuring correct issuance of invoices with VAT breakdown. * Verifying, identifying, and canceling duplicate invoices; performing re-invoicing when necessary. * Managing invoice cancellations upon request and tracking invoices for payment. * Ensuring PUE (Payment in a Single Installment) invoices are paid within the month of issuance. * Verifying issued invoices against monthly reconciliations. * **Credit Notes:** * Issuing and applying credit notes to final invoices. * Issuing credit notes for discounts, returns, or advances. * Supporting other organizational activities. What Do You Need? We are looking for someone with: * **Education:** Technical degree in Accounting or recent graduate in Accounting. * **Experience:** **1 year** in a similar position. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **e-Invoicing 4.0**. * Basic **Accounting knowledge**. * Experience with **administrative ERP systems** (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in **spreadsheets and document creation**. **Skills:** * **Analytical ability.** * **Discretion.** * **Teamwork.** * **Planning and organization.** * **Working under pressure.** * **Service-oriented attitude.** What Do We Offer?
