Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) in production environments. **Job Profile: AWS Container & DevOps Solutions Engineer** **Company:** STEINCO **Location:** Mexico (hybrid/remote mode depending on project) **Experience:** +3 years verifiable At STEINCO, we are looking for a professional in **AWS Containers and DevOps** to lead and execute technological modernization initiatives, migrate legacy applications to container-based architectures, and operate production platforms in the cloud. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead migration of legacy applications to container-based architectures. * Design and implement modern microservices-based solutions. * Operate and support production clusters on AWS. * Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) for production and non-production environments. * Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions. * Ensure best practices for observability, security, and high availability in container platforms. **Required Experience (+3 years verifiable)** * Container migrations. * Modernization of legacy applications. * Microservices architectures. * Development in **.NET, Node.js, and Java**. * Operation of production clusters. **AWS – Containers (experience in at least 3; EKS highly desirable)** * **EKS (highly desirable)** * ECS (Fargate) * ECR * ALB / NLB * Auto Scaling **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** * **Terraform (required)** * CloudFormation * CDK (plus) **Containers – Docker (required experience)** * Creation and organization of Dockerfiles (multi-stage builds). * Image management (tags, layers, caching). * Image security (minimization and vulnerability scanning). * Use of Docker Compose. * Troubleshooting containers in production environments. **Kubernetes – Proven production experience** * Kubernetes architecture. * Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets. * Services: ClusterIP, NodePort, LoadBalancer. * Ingress Controllers. **Desirable Certifications** * AWS Solutions Architect – Associate * AWS DevOps Engineer * CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) * Terraform Associate **Key Skills** * Results-oriented and focused on operational quality. * Ability to analyze and resolve production issues. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Mindset of continuous improvement and automation.
