Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive warehouse management, including reporting, inventory control, budgeting, operations, and compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategically manage the warehouse and supervise its operations 2. Coordinate and implement optimal operational policies and procedures 3. Optimize transportation and ensure the flow of goods 1. Generate reports on warehouse supplies and shortages 2. Generate inventory reports on supplies to request replenishment 3. Manage stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system 4. Prepare the annual budget 5. Submit periodic reports and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status report, non-moving inventory report, etc.) 6. Receive feedback and supervise the quality of services provided Operations 1. Receive materials from supplier purchases by verifying the delivery note against physical delivery to ensure accuracy of specifications and quality 2. Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with company policies and vision 3. Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance activities 4. Organize distribution and ensure efficient use of space 5. Initiate, coordinate, and implement optimal operational policies and procedures 6. Comply with all legal requirements for storage, handling, and shipping 7. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and protection standards 8. Serve as liaison with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies 9. Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately, and evaluate results 10. Ensure the flow of goods and study ways to improve and refine all processes 11. Optimize transportation: reduce costs, delivery timelines, and delivery routes 12. Prevent incidents and warehouse deterioration by applying security and maintenance measures 13. Classify purchased materials and distribute them onto shelves 14.
