The selected candidate will be responsible for performing installations, configurations, and preventive and corrective maintenance of security systems, ensuring their proper functioning and customer satisfaction in accordance with the company’s quality standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities  Installation and configuration of wired and wireless alarm systems (DSC, Qolsys, 2GIG, Honeywell).  Installation and configuration of IP cameras, DVR/NVR (Hikvision, Dahua, Ezviz, etc.).  Structured cabling, conduit installation, and mounting of electronic equipment.  Fault diagnosis, voltage and signal testing (using multimeter).  Documentation of installations via reports and photographic evidence.  Technical support and basic customer training on system operation.  Coordination with operations and warehouse for required materials.  Compliance with on-site safety, order, and cleanliness standards. Requirements  Education: Technical high school diploma or technical degree in electronics, mechatronics, telecommunications, or computer systems.  Minimum experience: 1 year installing or maintaining electronic systems (alarms, CCTV, or networks).  Knowledge: IP networks, UTP cabling, RJ45 connectors, routers, DVR/NVR, measuring tools.  Driver’s license Type A or equivalent (preferred).  Basic proficiency in Excel and logbooks.  Availability to travel or occasionally cover off-site service assignments. ⭐ Personal Competencies Responsibility, punctuality, service-oriented attitude, customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactivity.
