We are seeking a Software Leader with extensive experience in development, architecture, and technical leadership of complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is designed for a senior profile with proficiency in multiple programming languages, technical leadership, and experience building scalable solutions at large technology / telecom / cloud / SaaS companies. Your impact will directly influence the evolution of critical products, services, and platforms essential to operations. Objective: Lead software engineering and development teams, ensure technical quality of solutions, define architectural standards, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact projects within telecommunications and advanced technology environments. Responsibilities: * Lead, support, and provide technical mentorship to the development team. * Design robust, scalable, microservice-oriented architectures. * Develop and maintain applications in GO (Golang) and other languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, C\+\+, or similar. * Participate in strategic decisions regarding the technology roadmap and development stack. * Review code, enforce quality standards, and apply agile methodologies. * Integrate solutions with telecommunications platforms, voice, messaging, billing, routing, or similar systems. * Ensure performance, security, availability, and scalability of services. Job Requirements * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * 5–8\+ years of software development experience (ideally 10\+ years for seniority). * Demonstrable experience with GO (Golang). * Proficiency in other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, C\+\+, PHP, Rust, etc.). * Experience working at telecommunications, technology, operator, carrier, VoIP, SaaS, cloud, or high-volume traffic platform companies. * Knowledge of: * Microservices * REST and gRPC APIs * Docker, Kubernetes * CI/CD * SQL and NoSQL databases * Event-driven architectures * Experience leading development teams or agile squads. * Excellent communication, analytical, and technical decision-making skills. * English B2–C1 (desirable / essential for international environments).
