Incident management and fault detection patrols Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (HOSPITALS – PROJECT) **REQUIREMENTS**: Technical degree in Maintenance, Electrician, Industrial Engineering / Incomplete university degree Flexible working hours (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE** Infrastructure maintenance Hydraulic and sanitary installations Electrical supply Carpentry Drywall installation Painting Welding HVAC system handling Medical gases and oxygen **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, hydraulic/sanitary systems, and electrical systems according to a scheduled program, including repairs to doors, locks, partitions, ramps, structures, installation of signage, as well as repairing water leaks, conducting general inspections of sinks and washbasins, pipes and electrical panels, patching, lamp replacement, and cutting—ensuring proper hospital functionality and operations. Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance for medical gas, electromechanical, and voice/data equipment based on the supplier’s maintenance programs and addressing reported equipment failures, ensuring proper functionality and operation of such equipment. Track incidents generated via tickets from the operations department, maintaining logs and photographic evidence to support and administer completed work. Conduct daily patrols of critical areas and equipment to detect faults and incidents, reporting them to the operations department and, where applicable, correcting defects to sustain hospital operations. Monitor on-site receipt of materials per issued requisitions to carry out requested repairs.
