**Job Description** We are hiring a **Crew Leader** for a Huawei project. Responsible for coordinating on-site activities, supervising work at height, ensuring Huawei quality standards, and uploading evidence to ISDP. **Responsibilities** * Lead installation, swap, and maintenance activities. * Supervise work at height and ensure compliance with safety requirements. * Manage and upload evidence to **ISDP Huawei**. * Administer personnel, materials, and tools. * Coordinate and direct technicians and assistants. * Conduct photographic reporting and maintain logbooks. * Travel within the assigned region. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 2–3 years in telecommunications or Huawei projects. * Proficiency in **ISDP Huawei** (mandatory). * **DC3 Certification for Work at Height** (mandatory). * Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight. * Knowledge of antenna, radio, fiber optic, and structural installations. * Leadership and decision-making skills. **We Offer** * **$14,000 monthly + $2,000 bonuses** * Biweekly payment * **$700 daily per diem** (meals + accommodation) * Statutory benefits * Tools, equipment, and PPE * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work location: On the road
