Position Objective The objective of an installation coordinator is to ensure that service tickets received for faults, new service installations, and new project reports are executed timely and accurately according to departmental processes and customer requirements. Main Responsibilities Manage coordination tickets.\* Request and assign equipment.\* Reserve materials from inventory.\* Activate services.\* Assign tasks to installers.\* Request support from other departments as needed.\* Provide operational support when required: VoIP support, GPON support, and sales.\* Coordinate and supervise resource management.\* Handle fiber optic cable outages / Customer support.\* Maintain work logs. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Communications, or Electronics.\* Knowledge of installation procedures and technical standards for fiber optics.
