




**Your Job**The LATAM Koch Recruiting Team is seeking a **Sr. Recruiter** to support Molex Guadalajara 1 on site. In this role, you will drive full\-cycle recruiting for a wide range of professional, technical, and direct labor positions, applying PBM® principles to attract and select contribution\-motivated talent. By supporting each other through mentorship, coaching, and open communication, we ensure our team remains connected to the Koch Recruiting vision. **What You Will Do** * Lead full\-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and direct labor roles, ensuring a high\-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. * Partner with Molex HR, business leaders, and hiring supervisors to understand talent needs, create recruiting strategies, and influence selection decisions. * Apply PBM® thinking to evaluate candidates thoroughly beyond technical skills\-focusing on values, contribution, and long\-term fit. * Use market insights, recruiting metrics, and ATS data (Avature) to drive strategic recommendations and advise the business. * Identify opportunities to improve and transform recruiting processes, increasing efficiency and enabling better hiring decisions. * Support and at times lead recruiting initiatives and projects that advance Koch Recruiting priorities across Molex Guadalajara 1\. * Build strong talent pipelines for critical and high\-volume roles, using proactive sourcing strategies and market knowledge. * Maintain consistent communication with business partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, challenges, and progress. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Experience managing full\-cycle recruiting in a corporate or manufacturing environment (professional, technical, and/or direct labor). * Strong capability to partner, influence, and consult with business leaders and HR partners. * Proven experience designing and executing proactive recruiting strategies. * High analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, recruiting metrics, and market trends to guide decisions. * Experience driving recruiting initiatives, improvements, or process changes. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). * Ability to apply business acumen to prioritize the highest\-value work and adapt to changing needs. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Recruiting experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, ideally within transportation, connectivity, molding or electronics industries. * Experience using data and market insights to prepare and present recommendations or cost/benefit analyses to stakeholders. * Prior experience influencing senior leaders in fast\-paced, high\-volume recruiting environments. * Experience working with Avature or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
