About the Job The Facilities Analyst will work directly with administrative processes, file documentation, purchase order (PO) elaboration, budget control, legalization of expenses (petit cash, credit cards. down payments, etc), deliveries and reclamation of equipment (when needed). The ideal candidate will be someone with a high attitude for learning, strong passion for new challenges, emotional intelligence and teamwork sense. As Facilities Analyst, You Will… * Be involved in the access authorization process, guarantee the accomplishment of security policy. * Responsible for legalization of expenses of the area (petit cash, corporate credit cards, down payments, etc) * Support the team with calls to agents (current and former employees) in order to reach reclamation goals * Create POs in Netsuite and update of the budget tracker * Follow up the vendor invoice process every month * Identify opportunities from data analysis and propose solutions As Facilities Analyst, You Have… * University and/or College Diploma in Business Administration or any related field is preferred * A combination of work experience and education will be considered * Minimum 1\+ years of experience in Analyst roles for administrative areas (Logistics experience will be taken into account) * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is not required) * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision * Strong analytical skills * Highly motivated and eager personality * Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy * Ability to organize and deliver tasks with accuracy and timeliness * Goal oriented
