Job Summary: ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Technical Test Manager to manage complex technical issues, define and monitor testing activities, and lead Scrum events. Key Highlights: 1. As a Technical Test Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of complex technical issues until resolution, collaborating with the team to define the scope of work, plan requirements, identify risks, and estimate test timelines; ensuring clear progress communication; presenting status and results across various forums; defining and monitoring testing activities; analyzing data in Jira and generating KPIs; leading Scrum events; and identifying and managing hardware dependencies to ensure end-to-end testing. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Solid understanding of ISTQB testing methodologies (mandatory). * Experience in program management, with focus on software development, verification and validation, or quality assurance. * Proficiency in project management tools and software: * + Microsoft Tools + Confluence + JIRA * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum methodologies. * Programming skills to automate tasks or perform calculations (primarily Python and Java). * More than 1 year of experience in program management. * More than 1 year of experience in software testing. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Bi-weekly food vouchers
