We take pride in our long-standing market presence and in providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment for our employees. **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Job Requirements** * Education: Engineering focused on production processes (Industrial, Mechanical or related field) * Experience in process control and manufacturing, minimum of 3 years. * Leadership skills, analytical thinking, proactivity, and sense of urgency. * Experience managing teams of at least 20 people (verifiable). * Teamwork and communication skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Timely monitoring of the Weekly Production Schedule, respecting timeframes and allocated resources of direct and indirect materials, ensuring delivery deadlines are met. * Ensure proper functioning of machinery. * Manage processes and personnel, assign tasks, train employees, manage their time, and set objectives. * Ensure employee safety by supervising and verifying that assigned personnel have and correctly use PPE. * Prepare and submit daily production reports on progress against the production plan. * Manage inventory, supervise and monitor raw material and semi-finished product stock levels. * Provide ongoing training for supervised staff and new employees. * Daily verification of compliance with internal work policies. * Ensure adherence to established quality standards (5 S's, JIT, etc.). **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Competitive monthly salary: $16,000. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * 30% vacation premium. * Discounted cafeteria service. **Work Location: One block away from Huipulco light rail station** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 5:00 PM** If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, we invite you to apply through this platform or send a message via WhatsApp to 5562330358 to schedule an interview with us.
