REQUIREMENTS: Gender: Unrestricted Education: Primary school level Minimum experience: 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES: Check the area refrigerator and cold storage unit to verify inventory levels. Inspect the cutting area to confirm presentation and temperature of cuts. Monitor production of the Peruvian cylinder. Grill cuts as requested by waitstaff. Submit inventory results to the Grill Supervisor. Clean the work area. Record and submit photographic evidence of the shrinkage log to the Corporate Chef of Vakas, documenting shrinkage for the Peruvian cylinder (from raw to cooked).
