Collaborate with the entire factory team on any activities required to meet production goals. Perform daily general cleaning and deep cleaning (every 15 days). Prepare ice cream, toppings, desserts, cones, etc. (know the production process of all products sold in the ice cream shop). Organize, receive, and store raw materials, ensuring they are delivered correctly. Conduct cold room inventory to verify stock levels. Keep the work area organized and tidy at all times, especially since it is an open factory. Report any incidents to your direct supervisor (e.g., production errors, equipment failures). Wear full uniform, non-slip shoes, and hairnet. Anticipate potential shortages. Ensure finished products are correctly placed in the freezing chamber.
