Training and evaluation of kitchen staff PIXCA Group is seeking: Sous Chef for Restaurant Responsibilities: Support the Chef in planning, executing, and supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring culinary quality, compliance with high-cuisine standards, proper inventory management, and team leadership, guaranteeing an exceptional gastronomic experience for guests. Duties: * Supervise the correct preparation of dishes according to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. * Ensure the quality, presentation, and temperature of each dish before service. * Coordinate and manage service timing jointly with the kitchen team. * Act on behalf of the Executive Chef during their absence and make operational decisions. * Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff. * Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and professional work environment. * Ensure compliance with roles, schedules, and internal guidelines. * Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Gastronomy (mandatory). * Courses or certifications in haute cuisine, food hygiene, and food safety (preferred).
