PIXCA Group is seeking: Sous Chef for Restaurant Responsibilities: Support the Chef in planning, executing, and supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring culinary quality, adherence to haute cuisine standards, proper inventory management, and team leadership, guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for guests. Duties: * Supervise correct dish preparation according to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. * Ensure quality, presentation, and temperature of each dish before service. * Coordinate and manage service timing jointly with the kitchen team. * Substitute for the Executive Chef during absences and make operational decisions. * Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff. * Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and professional work environment. * Ensure compliance with roles, schedules, and internal guidelines. * Assist in onboarding and training of new staff. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Gastronomy (mandatory). * Courses or certifications in haute cuisine, food hygiene, and food safety (preferred).
