




Leading restaurant in the industry seeks a **professional Sommelier** with solid wine education and high-end service expertise. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **comprehensive management of the wine list**, personalized wine recommendations to guests, and elevating the gastronomic experience through expert pairings, impeccable service, and technical knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** * Recommend wines and customized pairings based on dishes, guest preferences, and budget. * Serve wine following fine dining protocols (presentation, opening, decanting, and temperature control). * Manage the wine cellar: inventory, stock rotation, loss control, and storage conditions. * Coordinate with the chef and management to align the menu with the wine program. * Train front-of-house staff on fundamental wine knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. * Design special experiences such as tastings, pairing dinners, and private events. * Maintain relationships with suppliers, wineries, and distributors. * Supervise proper glassware usage and preservation of opened bottles. **Requirements** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience as a Sommelier in fine dining restaurants, haute cuisine establishments, or luxury hotels. * Wine certification (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, ASI, or equivalent) is **desirable**. * Solid knowledge of national and international wines, regions, grape varieties, and food-and-wine pairing. * Excellent appearance, professional demeanor, and strong service orientation. * Full-time availability. **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Commissions on wine sales (per company policy). * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities. * A professional, high-caliber gastronomic work environment. **Join a team that values excellence, expertise, and the sensory experience of wine.** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $8,787.41 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Staff cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
