In preparation for our upcoming opening, we are seeking staff for our new branch located at MUNDO E Shopping Center, Satélite, State of Mexico. The Line Cook B is responsible for participating in the preparation, production, and service of food items in accordance with established standards and guests’ (diners’) requests. Must ensure quality, quantity, preparation, and service of food across all shifts and service areas. May assist in advance preparation of food products, always carefully managing production volume levels according to the company’s demand at the appropriate time. - Curriculum Vitae with photograph, including Letters of RECOMMENDATION FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS. - Must reside in the area or within a maximum commuting distance of one hour. - Age: 20 to 30 years old - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (completed or in progress) - Excellent attitude, ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE in a fast-paced and bustling environment, meticulous (observant), conflict management skills, and tolerance for frustration. - Knowledge of Distintivo H and PEPS system, with ability to apply them practically. - Availability to work rotating shifts. - Basic knowledge of Oriental cuisine and wok handling (not required, but preferred). - Salary based on experience and performance. - Please submit your CV with a recent photograph via this platform for interview scheduling.
