Job Description: Clinical Laboratory Technician. **Position Purpose:** Provide professional and ethical service to users through the proper collection, handling, preservation, and processing of biological samples, ensuring the quality, safety, and confidentiality of laboratory results in accordance with the standards and policies established by FERIS Grupo de Diagnóstico. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect blood, urine, and other biological fluid samples according to established protocols. * Accurately register and label samples to ensure traceability. * Apply biosafety measures at all stages of the process. * Assist in the processing and basic analysis of samples within the laboratory area. * Maintain optimal conditions in the work area and equipment used. * Ensure confidentiality and respectful treatment toward all users. * Collaborate with the team in continuous improvement of processes and service quality. * Comply with company policies regarding ethics, safety, hygiene, and quality. * **Position Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemical Biology, or related field. * Experience: Desired experience in sample collection and laboratory equipment handling (not mandatory). * Knowledge: Biosafety, quality control, sterile material handling, and sample registration. * Skills: Accuracy, organization, empathy, teamwork, responsibility, and effective communication. * Availability to work scheduled hours and comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
