We are seeking an **experienced Cook** with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations. \***Responsibilities**\* * Daily preparation and plating of breakfasts. * Review of allergies and preparation of special breakfasts. * Preparation and plating of vegetable side dishes—stir-fried, steamed, or stewed. * Preparation of vinaigrettes, sauces, and dressings. * Maintaining cleanliness of your work area. * Weekly support with inventory management. **\*Kitchen Location** In the Paraisos del Colli neighborhood, two blocks from Periférico Poniente Avenue and Guadalupe Avenue Extension. **\*Work Schedule**\* Sunday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fixed day off: Saturdays \***Salary:** $10,200 to $10,500 per month.
