Position: Commis Chef (multiple areas) Location: Mexico City Project: New restaurant and events department We are looking for Commis Chefs passionate about cooking and possessing a strong sense of responsibility to join a new gastronomic project with significant potential. We are building a solid team for an à la carte restaurant and events operation. Available areas: Cold kitchen, Seafood and fish, Meats and grill, Production and mise en place. Responsibilities: - Preparation and execution of dishes according to restaurant standards. - Organization and control of mise en place for their station. - Supervision of quality, presentation, and service timing. - Control and proper use of supplies. - Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations. - Coordinated teamwork with the kitchen staff during service. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. - Experience in high-standard restaurants or professional kitchens. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Commitment to quality and attention to detail. - Proactive attitude and eagerness for professional growth.
