In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect the rich diversity of our menu. Your ability to work under pressure and adapt to change will be crucial to success in this position. Prior experience in professional kitchens is required, with emphasis on preparing varied, high-quality dishes. You must possess solid knowledge of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh ingredients. Additionally, strong time management skills are essential to ensure all dishes are delivered accurately and on time. A 60-day training period is assigned at any of the following locations: Plaza Universidad, Parque Delta, Reforma 222, Perisur, Parque Tepeyac, CETRAM 4 Caminos, Plaza Tlalnepantla Fashion Mall, Galerías Coapa, Plaza Carso, Cd. Jardín Nezahualcóyotl. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to one of the 45 branches with available vacancies in the metropolitan area. **Education:** * TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). **Experience:** * More than 3 years of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or related). * Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded employment. * Prior experience supervising staff. **Job Description:** * Cooking using fryers, stoves, griddles, and woks. * Inventory management of supplies and stock control. * Preparation of dishes according to established recipes. * Support during branch opening and/or closing. * Ensuring the buffet bar remains fully stocked at all times. **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with midweek day off. * 30-minute lunch break. **We Offer:** * Starting monthly base salary of $12,000; upon completion of training, salary increases to $14,000–$15,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. * Daily meals (free of charge). **Important Notes:** * These are fast-food establishments, so customers typically do not leave tips. * Payroll cutoff dates are the 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates are the 5th and 20th, with no float days. * Immediate availability to start work is required.
