Develop new recipes and adapt to market trends **Flamingos Restaurant is seeking a CHEF** ***Position Objective*** Lead culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes while managing costs, inventory, and staff—with strategic vision and solid experience in the food and beverage industry—to lead one of our business units. ***Main Responsibilities:*** 1\. Supervise and coordinate food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. **2\.** Design menus, manage inventory, control costs (food cost), and place orders with suppliers. 3\. Train, motivate, and delegate tasks to the kitchen team, establishing roles and schedules. 4\. Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards (hygienic handling). 5\. Develop new recipes, experiment with ingredients, and adapt the menu to market trends ***Requirements:*** 1\. Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma 2\. Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position 3\. Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and correct the service team. 4\. Skills: Excellent communication, complaint handling, decision-making, and personnel management 5\. Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded 6\. Creative, proactive, and results-focused 7\. Knowledge: HACCP certification, cross-contamination prevention, temperature control, color-coding system, cost formula management, and FIFO inventory knowledge. We Offer: 1\.
