**Job Description** **Location:** Southern Mexico City **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **Initial Salary**: $26,000 to $32,000 monthly, net **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering * **Age:** Over 30 years old. * **Gender:** Indistinct * **English:** Technical level (minimum required). * Ability to simultaneously manage 4 large-scale projects **Required Experience:** * 7 years of verifiable experience in development, coordination, proposals and executive project solutions for shopping malls, large corporate buildings, other commercial sector areas and/or Business Class hotels and large tourism facilities, as well as residential areas. * Supervisory experience managing at least 2 subordinates. * Proficiency with industry-specific software (HAP, ductsizer, LATS, eCAPS, etc.) * Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced). * Basic knowledge of Revit and Navisworks (required). * 80% of work history in office design environment, as this position is not for on-site work but rather for office-based thermal load calculations and air conditioning system design. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AUTOCAD (drawing generation). * Familiarity with international standards and regulations. * Experience with thermal load calculation software HAP. * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets. * Experience with industry software (HAP, ecaps, s\&p, duct sizer, etc). **Responsibilities:** * Complete development of air conditioning executive projects. * Preparation of calculation reports (thermal loads, chilled water piping, ventilation, exhaust systems, ductwork, operation sequences, etc.) * Preparation of corresponding item catalogs. * Develop solution proposals for various clients. * Coordinate with suppliers, clients and external consultants to ensure proper internal and external project coordination. * Strict application of ASHRAE, SMACNA and NFPA standards in assigned designs. * Supervision and coordination of assigned personnel. * Coordination of HVAC projects with structural, architectural and other building systems. **Software:** * AutoCAD 2D \- Advanced * HAP \- Advanced * Lats – LG \- Advanced * eCAPS \- Advanced * Ductsizer \- Advanced * Office \- Advanced * Revit MEP\- Desirable * Naviswork\- Desirable **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth.
