




Position Summary: We are seeking a Post-Sales/Installations Site Resident to technically audit installations, coordinate operational testing, manage corrective actions, and follow up on incidents in residential housing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Audit and validate residential housing installations. 2. Manage correction of observations and post-sales follow-up. 3. Collaborate on construction projects and continuous improvement. A leading residential housing construction company in Mexico City is looking to integrate a qualified professional with experience into our team for the position of **Post-Sales/Installations Site Resident**. Responsibilities: * Technically audit installations prior to formal handover; prepare technical handover checklists by specialty. * Validate actual on-site functionality (not merely documentary compliance); coordinate operational tests (electrical, hydraulic, gas, fire protection systems). * Manage correction of observations with contractors; validate final documentation: as-built drawings, warranties, user manuals. * Coordinate technical handover to condominium management; follow up on post-sales incidents and latent defects. * Generate executive status reports; coordinate with C.R.E.E., Construction, and ATC for technical closure. * Maintain documentary traceability on digital platforms; propose technical improvements for future developments (lessons learned). * Collaborate with site teams and external suppliers to ensure quality standards. Requirements: * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in execution or supervision of installations in vertical multi-family residential housing. * Proven experience in at least 5 completed developments (from structure to handover). * Direct experience in execution, supervision, or coordination of: * Low- and medium-voltage electrical installations; meter concentration; coordination with CFE. * HVAC systems in vertical residential buildings; hydrosanitary and stormwater installations. * Natural gas distribution network (Naturgy CDMX); fire protection systems (detection, alarm, firefighting equipment); CCTV and access control systems; mechanical exhaust and flue gas systems. * Experience in handover processes, delivery to condominium management, and handling of latent defects. * Experience liaising with regulatory authorities and verification units (CFE, Naturgy, Civil Protection, DRO, UVIE, etc.). * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
