If you are patient, empathetic, and passionate about playful language instruction at the elementary level, this is your opportunity to grow professionally with us as a teacher. **Important Considerations:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Sciences, or Education **(Degree certificate and teaching license are mandatory)**. \- English certifications: TKT Band 3, FIRST, Teacher’s \- Familiarity with additional educational platforms is desirable \- Creative ability to design dynamic, interactive lessons \- Proficiency in using new technologies \- Assertive and resilient communication **Responsibilities:** \- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ needs. \- Manage large elementary-level classes (30 students), including overlapping schedules for upper elementary grades \- Develop lesson plans and prepare classes \- Collaborative teamwork \- Conduct assessments and prepare reports, etc. **Employment Offer:** Statutory benefits: IMSS coverage from day one, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, vacation bonus (prima vacacional).
