We are looking for a **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** with leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage work teams and contractors. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect. (Degree and professional license) * Immediate availability to relocate to the project site. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil construction or maintenance of industrial facilities. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Knowledge of construction processes and project planning. * Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management. * Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory compliance. * Ability to plan and manage construction site safety. * Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project objectives. * Experience managing construction projects using project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of all activities at the construction site, including monitoring work progress, assigning tasks to teams, and managing on-site resources. * Ensuring the project proceeds according to the scheduled timeline, preventing delays and resolving issues arising during planning. * Guaranteeing compliance with all safety protocols at the worksite to protect worker well-being. * Coordinating and supervising foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers on-site, allocating responsibilities accordingly. * Monitoring the supply of materials required for the project. * Ensuring all work complies with architectural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards mandated by the client and the company. * Maintaining consistent communication with the project manager, project leader, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated workflow. **Willingness to relocate to the project location.** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Per diems * Accommodation * Transportation * Job stability * Career advancement opportunities * Biweekly payroll payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
