**Collection Coordinator – CANTEC Group** At **CANTEC Group**, a company specialized in BPO services with extensive experience in telephone and field collections management, we are looking to add a **Collection Coordinator** to our team who will lead and empower our teams toward achieving goals. **Work location:** COLONIA COAPA PARQUE ALAMEDA DEL SUR, ALCALDÍA COYOACAN **Salary: $20,000 monthly net \+ commissions** **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with rotating days off **Main responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise supervisors, team leaders, and collection agents (call center and field). * Define, monitor, and ensure recovery quota compliance. * Monitor and analyze collection KPIs, making strategic and operational decisions. * Ensure staff discipline, motivation, and stability. * Validate routes, reports, and usage of digital management tools. * Train and provide feedback to the team to improve effectiveness. **Education:** Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field. **Experience:** 2\+ years in collections or portfolio management. 1\+ year in team coordination or supervision. **Skills:** Telephone and in-person collections strategies.
