Carry out teaching activities according to current study programs so that students acquire the competencies required by their academic program. 2\. Develop plans for complementary academic training activities for students. 3\. Plan, promote, conduct, and evaluate teaching\-learning processes for the development and application of knowledge within the framework of students' intellectual and social formation. 4\. Plan, design, and prepare didactic materials for their subject. 5\. Develop lesson plans and design assessment instruments for student learning evaluation. 6\. Prepare and submit to the Academic Program Coordinator progress reports on course syllabi and student performance. WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS * Teaching experience, essential in in-person classes (verifiable), and in the professional field. * Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field. * Experience teaching algebra, trigonometry, differential and integral calculus, probability, and statistics. * Methodological knowledge for developing, implementing, and monitoring study plans in administrative sciences. * Ability to listen, dialogue, observe, and manage heterogeneous groups. * Knowledge and skills in using educational technologies. * Proficiency with virtual platforms. * Skills to effectively interact (negotiation, leadership, empathy, communication, etc.) with faculty, students, and institutional departments of the Institute. * Administrative skills.
