If you’re passionate about education and want to be part of a project with real social impact, this opportunity is for you.* **What will you do as an Educational Territory Officer?** * Execute the initial training process for newly hired advisors, ensuring knowledge and competency assessments are completed at its conclusion, along with completion and submission of the training checklist. * Conduct pedagogical follow-up and support during the first week of classroom integration, while also ensuring institutional or online INEA training. * Ensure correct implementation of the educational model in classrooms across your region through training, ongoing support, and strengthening of teaching strategies—promoting continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes. Additionally, serve as a base advisor in cases of staff vacations, absences, or departures within your region. * Monitor timely submission of monthly reports (attendance lists, testimonials, graduate reports, attendance trackers). * Generate and submit required information and evidence for classroom reporting, as well as monitor administrative procedures. * Formally hand over files and materials to the assigned advisor, ensuring continuity of the educational process. **What are we looking for in you?** * You are either a student completing your degree or a graduate in Social Sciences, Humanities, Exact Sciences, or related fields. * You have at least one year of experience as an advisor, teacher, facilitator, trainer, educator, or instructor working with youth and adults.
