




We are looking for a committed Training Instructor dedicated to talent development and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Administration, or related field. Experience: 1 year in training, teaching courses, or staff development. **Knowledge:** \-Institutional training design and development of instructional materials. \-Application of learning assessments. \-Proficiency with digital tools (PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, Canva, etc.) \-Desirable knowledge of DC-3 and DC-4 certifications **Main Responsibilities:** \-Identify training needs within the organization. \-Design, plan, and deliver in-person and virtual courses. \-Create supporting materials and tools for training programs. \-Record and update corresponding documentation with STPS. \-Prepare reports and course effectiveness indicators. **Skills and Competencies:** \-Effective communication and strong verbal skills. \-Leadership and group management. \-Organization, planning, and follow-up. \-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **OFFICE WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM, SATURDAYS HALF DAY.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site position
