Position Summary: Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the teaching-learning process to contribute to children's development of knowledge and skills. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and coordinate assistant teachers in activities with children **Position Objective:** Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the teaching\-learning process to support the development of children's knowledge, skills, and competencies. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Primary Education, or Educational Intervention **English: Advanced (mandatory)** Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a lead classroom teacher **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Create and supervise lesson plans and lessons incorporating all curriculum areas and meeting expectations * Design projects with students based on identified needs. * Guide and coordinate assistant teachers in activities conducted with children. * Implement the classroom code of conduct according to established policy * Conduct learning assessments and evaluate skill and competency development We offer statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements, uniforms, savings fund, and an excellent working environment.
