A prominent company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area is seeking: **TRAINING INSTRUCTOR** **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Work location: Coyoacán Borough, Metro División del Norte Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid knowledge of NOM\-035\-STPS, course and teaching material development **RESPONSIBILITIES** Carry out the entire Corporate DNC (Training Needs Diagnosis) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct the trainings scheduled in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and teaching materials Prepare the descriptive course outline and session plan for each course Deliver the induction course for new employees Ensure legal compliance regarding training and instruction Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Proficiency in MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge **WE OFFER:** Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm; Saturday, 9 am–2 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
