





**INSTRUCTOR** **JOB SUMMARY:** Deliver technical and regulatory training courses related to airport and aviation operations, ensuring personnel possess the knowledge and certifications required to perform their duties in accordance with current safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Deliver theoretical and practical courses on topics including: * + **Dangerous Goods (lithium batteries, IATA Category 6)** + **Aviation Security (AVSEC)** + **Safety Management System (SMS)** + **Safe Use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)** + **Induction to the Airport Environment and PrimeFlight Procedures** * Prepare instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments. * Evaluate participants’ learning through theoretical and/or practical examinations. * Track staff recertifications and recurring training requirements. * Ensure training sessions comply with regulations issued by DGAC, AFAC, IATA, and internal company policies. * Record attendance, grades, and issue attendance certificates or official certifications. * Participate in internal and external audits as support for the training function. * Continuously update knowledge of regulations, teaching methodologies, and airport operational procedures. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum two years’ experience as an instructor in airport or civil aviation-related subjects. **SKILLS:** Public speaking ability, capacity to explain technical concepts, and proficiency in managing diverse groups. **LANGUAGES:** Basic/intermediate technical English (preferred). **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Practical knowledge of ramp, cargo, check-in, or customer service operations. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and learning management platforms. **EDUCATION:** Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, logistics, or security-related fields.
