Human Development Assistant Position Profile Position Objective Support the socioemotional development of nursery, preschool, and elementary students through the implementation of Human Development programs, as well as by providing emotional containment and accompaniment, and by following up on therapeutic referrals in coordination with teachers, families, and external specialists. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Special Education, or related field (degree mandatory). * Desirable experience in school settings with children. * Knowledge of socioemotional development, emotional containment, and child assessment. • Educational planning skills and ability to develop teaching materials. Skills and Competencies * Empathy, active listening, and emotional regulation. * Organization, follow-up, and information recording. * Assertive communication with students, families, and teachers. * Collaborative work and adherence to institutional guidelines. * Professional ethics and confidentiality.
