Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital resources. Ability to develop rubrics, implement problem-based learning, and manage project-based learning. * **Skills**: Communication, manual dexterity, effective classroom discipline management and handling of challenging behavior, flexibility, initiative, creativity in lesson planning and delivery, teamwork, working under pressure, excellent interpersonal relationship management. * **Attitudes**: Commitment to work, high sense of responsibility, self-confidence, self-criticism, respect, honesty, availability, service orientation, collaboration, openness to dialogue.
