Job Summary: We are seeking a preschool teacher with English proficiency, experience as a lead teacher, and pedagogical skills to design and evaluate curricula. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and pacing of preschool-level curricula 2. Classroom management, lesson planning and organization, creativity 3. Managing diversity and inclusion, communication, and conflict resolution Preschool teacher with intermediate English proficiency EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education and English certification EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience as a lead teacher REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Pacing of preschool-level curricula. Design of lesson plans and didactic situations. Planning and development of supporting teaching materials. Strategies for formative assessment of student performance. Skills: Classroom management, decision-making, analytical ability, planning and organization, team integration, flexibility, initiative, creativity, quick thinking, communication, conflict management, diversity and inclusion management.
